Pour tout le thé de Chine
Quand une compagnie se déclare la première aux Etats-Unis à obtenir son permis d'exportation de thé des autorités chinoises depuis leurs nouvelles lois en 2008, je me demande ce qu'il en est d'Imperial Tea Court qui, selon Helen Gustafson, serait la seule authentique maison de thé chinoise de cet hémisphère. Elle termine son livre "The Agony of the Leaves" (1996) en racontant une -alors- récente expérience:
